WITH GUS CUTZ
Sunday, May 19 from 10:30am to 3:30pm
“Right understanding is the only solution to both physical and mental problems. You should always check very carefully how you’re expending your energy: will it make you happy or not? That’s a big responsibility, don’t you think? It’s your choice: the path of wisdom or the path of ignorance.”
–Lama Thubten Yeshe
In the Buddhist tradition, wisdom means understanding the true nature of reality. This is the only medicine that can completely eliminate the delusions and afflictive emotions disturbing our minds. Join Gus Cutz for an illuminating investigation of this profound and subtle topic, the understanding of reality, which is emptiness.
The retreat will include discussions and guided meditations. Making the most of this opportunity to cultivate wisdom, we will practice silence during all the breaks. Please come, bring your friends, and joyfully transform your engagement with the world.
