Open your mind to clarity! Start your day relaxed and alert with this morning meditation practice.

Participants will be guided through traditional meditation techniques common to yoga and Buddhism to develop a clear, focused, and relaxed mind.

Starting July 2, sessions will be held on Mondays-Fridays from 7:45am-8:15am.

Note: Door will be opened only right before class starts.
