Experience the healing power of Tibetan Qigong, an ancient art of gentle movement. The session will begin with the form Three Palms Together, which is a very simple yet profound method for increasing the flow of qi (energy) throughout the body. It is the basis of all other Tibetan Qigong forms that were kept secret in Tibet and only recently made available to the West. The gentle movements of Three Palms Together constitute a standing meditation practice that strengthens our innate self-healing capabilities. Through this practice, we are able to balance internal organs, lower blood pressure, reduce pain, and calm emotional turmoil.
