The Workshop is in The Mind
with Venerable Robina Courtin

Wed Dec 18, 1:30-3pm EST

IN-PERSON & ONLINE

As Lama Zopa Rinpoche says, the workshop is in the mind. With Buddhist practice we learn to delve deeply into our own minds, unpacking and unraveling our thoughts and feelings and emotions, learning to distinguish clearly between the unhappy states of mind that limit us such as attachment, anger, depression, low self-esteem, and the positive upbeat states of mind that actually are at the core of our being such as love, compassion, confidence and the rest.

Combined with this inner work, we learn to abide by the natural law of karma, which strengthens our confidence that we are the creators of our own reality and that there’s no karma that can’t be changed.

The sessions will include teachings and from time to time guided meditations.
