Advice from Lama Zopa Rinpoche for COVID-19
Practices with Ven. Amy Miller

Would you like to do a bit more for your internal practice during these challenging times? FPMT Spiritual Director Lama Zopa Rinpoche and His Holiness the Dalai Lama have recommended a few practices and mantras to recite to maintain our own good health and fend off the spread of COVID-19, and they can certainly make you feel more empowered during these critical days. Rinpoche has said that group practice can have a greater benefit than practicing alone.
Ven. Amy Miller has offered to lead free group practice online using these practices as advised by Lama Zopa Rinpoche. For December, she and Shantideva Center are joining the online Thangtong Gyalpo Prayerathon, organized by the International Mahayana Institute (IMI).
Feel free to pass along this information to any others you know via email, social media, etc. The more we include, the better!

These are difficult times for all of us, and dharma centers are no exception. It is only through the incredible generosity of donors that they are able to spread the Dharma to their communities. If you are able, please consider making a donation to your local center. You can find Shantideva Center’s donation page here.

Dana for the Teacher

Shantideva Center makes offerings to all of our teachers using the funds collected through registration. You can give additional support to the teacher and create a stronger karmic connection by offering dana. Please make sure to select the teacher’s name in the dropdown menu. Dana offered is passed entirely to the teacher, but please note that it is not tax-deductible.
