Mindfulness Based Learning Course
with Mabel Odessey

CANCELED

The aim is to help participants develop a mindfulness practice that can be applied in both personal and professional life.

MBLC is an 9-week course consisting of eight classes (two hours long), preceded by an introductory class. It is encouraged to attend all sessions and engage in a daily personal practice in-between classes to get the most from the course. The course manual and links to guided practices will be included. It is suitable for beginners and long term practitioners.

The course is experiential and you will learn more about secular compassion-based mindfulness, and some simple tools for making mindfulness an ongoing part of your life.

All you need to bring with you is an open mind and a sense of curiosity. We all come to the course with hopes and objectives, however, in order to experience the present moment, we must leave expectations at the door.

The Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) was developed by the UK Mindfulness Association and is built upon the work of international mindfulness teacher Rob Nairn and includes all the principles of Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and includes compassion and self compassion practices.
