De-stressing and Rebalancing:
Tara Practice as a Means to Overcome Obstacles
with Venerable Amy Miller

Tara is the Buddha who embodies fearlessness, compassion in action, and the swift removal of obstacles. Many people are drawn to her loving and active presence, especially when experiencing uncertain times. For those wishing to connect deeply with Mother Tara in their practice or in daily life, there are many ways to call on her for guidance in the Mahayana Buddhist tradition—from the simple recitation of her powerful mantra to extended praises to her 21 manifestations. Join Venerable Amy Miller in this insightful two-session practicum on how to unpack a variety of Tara practices and meditation and realistically incorporate them into your life.
