Young people today live with ever-greater intensity in a world of high expectations, competition, social pressure, and media bombardment. With balance and inner strength, they can navigate all of these!

Our unique program engages kids aged 8-15 in mindfulness, meditation, breathing exercises, visualizations, relaxation methods, simple yoga, and developing the good heart to help young people flourish. Participants learn to:

  • Calm their mind and reduce stress
  • Discover interconnectedness with others and the world
  • Assemble an individualized toolbox for successful living
  • Cultivate a sense of well-being, confidence, and resilience
  • Nurture positive mind states, such as kindness, empathy, and compassion
