A Roadmap To Happiness
with Venerable Amy Miller

How do we create a realistic roadmap to happiness when our mind often feels preoccupied and imbalanced with the various challenges of life? Join this insightful and practical exploration of how to cultivate lasting happiness while keeping suffering to a minimum as we navigate a more meaningful path through life. Using references from The Book of Joy (discussions with His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu), along with exercises in self-compassion and mindfulness, this program will weave eight pillars of joy (perspective, humility, humor, acceptance, forgiveness, gratitude, compassion, and generosity) into the realistic tools necessary to undertake that journey. Open to all levels.
