Note: Registration for the new Tuesday meditation session time will be available soon.

Join us every Tuesday evening and Friday morning to fuse your day with clarity and focus. Each class consists of a simple, guided meditation using single-pointed attention on the breath to calm the mind and sharpen our focus. We will reference the 9 Stages of Meditation, along with other materials, to deepen our understanding of the practice and explore practical tips for continuing meditation on our own.
