Join us every Tuesday and Friday morning to begin your day with clarity and focus. Each class consists of a simple, guided meditation using single-pointed attention on the breath to calm the mind and sharpen our focus. We will reference the 9 Stages of Meditation, along with other materials, to deepen our understanding of the practice and explore practical tips for continuing meditation on our own.

*Zoom is an interactive video-conferencing tool that allows participants to see one another and ask questions. You will need a computer, a tablet or a smartphone with the Zoom application to attend. About the Facilitator

Spyro began exploring meditation in 2011 and in 2021 he completed a 275-hour meditation teacher training with Three Jewels Studio. He has enjoyed teaching in a variety of settings since then, including his workplace and Sage and Sound Studio. He is deeply grateful to all of his teachers and to the Shantideva Center for the opportunity to teach.
