Guided Meditation
with Spyro Ziangos

Tuesdays, 8:30–9pm EDT
Fridays, 7:30–8am EDT (until Jul 31)

ONLINE

Join us every Tuesday evening for a gentle pause from the busyness of the day. Through guided meditation, we will create space to settle the mind, reconnect with ourselves, and cultivate a greater sense of peace and presence. Each class will explore meditations such as shamatha, visualization, and analytical meditation, offering different ways to deepen awareness and nurture inner clarity. Together, we will end the day with a calmer, more settled mind.
