Death and Rebirth
In this module, we will explore the process of death and rebirth and its impact on how we live our lives. We will see how the Buddha’s teachings can guide us in skillful reflection on the meaning of death and what to expect when it comes. In this way, we will learn to fulfill our purpose in life, resolve conflicts, and develop the skills to help both ourselves and others at the time of death.
We will investigate such questions as:
- How can we use the practice of remembering death as a method to stop delusions?
- What are the different stages of the death process?
- What determines the kind of rebirth we will have?
