Daylong Retreat with Gus Cutz: How to Meditate
Sun Jul 10, 10:30am–3:30pm EDT ONLINE
“Thus, meditation does not mean the study of Buddhist philosophy and doctrine. It is learning about our own nature: what we are and how we exist.”
― Lama Thubten Yeshe
Join Gus Cutz as he explains the art of inner transformation through training the mind. Learn the meaning and purpose of meditation, as well as basic meditation skills such as how to adjust your posture, set up a meditation session, practice different meditation techniques, and deal with common obstacles to meditation.
The retreat will include discussions and guided meditations. To make the most of this opportunity to cultivate transformation, we will practice noble silence during all breaks. Please come, bring your friends, and practice becoming your own therapist!
